Devil's Food Cake
A big chocolate cake with blackberry jam in the middle with oodles of thick chocolate icing.
Lemon Mascarpone Sponge Cake
A light sponge with mascarpone cheese and lemon marmalade filling. And then topped off with a little more mascarpone and strawberries.
